Visitors or members who have account permission as per your definition to browse
full jobs and resumes of other members have the option to send a private message to the member,
view the member's multimedia gallery,
inform someone via email about this job/resume, add the job/resume to their hotlist for later
viewing. Also
various stats are available about each ad. Of course you can edit the full ad
page according to your needs and present it in the layout and structure you want,
add or remove links or any information and so on.
