You have full control
over layout and structure as well as over the functionality of the resume/job posting process.
You can combine all steps on a single page or
span it over 10 ad posting steps, the choice is yours. The database fields can be
edited conveniently in the admin area, you are not limited to the default fields,
if you don't need a "travel" text field but want collect the "job skills" from
your members in a select box with choices, you can do it there. Also 10 additional
custom fields are available which you can use according to your system requirements.
