If account permissions allow, as per your definiton in the admin area, visitors
or members can send a notification email to someone informing them about a job or candidate.
The notification email and the form page can be customized according to your needs.
For example, you can also add the send-ad-to-friend form to the full page directly,
when you want to give your members the possibility to send notification emails to their
friends. Having the page
coming up in a popup window for quick submission would also be a nice
option.
